ACT Test (American College Testing)
ACT is a test for college admissions in US (for B.S level Degree for MS you might have to give GRE/GMAT). SAT is a competitor for ACT and most universities accept both scores. ACT assessment measures high school student's capability to complete college-level work. ACT has multiple choice tests covering four sections: English, mathematics, reading, and science.
You'll have 2 hours and 55 minutes of dedicated test time to complete the subject tests, not including breaks.There are 215 questions in all. Subject test scores (ranging from 1 to 36) are determined after throwing out any incorrect answers — only correct responses count! The four areas are then averaged together to come up with your overall, or composite, score.

ACT Test Dates
The ACT is offered four to six times a year, depending on the state, in the United States, in September, October, December, February, April and June and is always on a Saturday except for those with credible religious obligations.
