ECE: Our department's research expenditures exceed $9 million annually. Many of our current faculty members are involved in high-tech, on the cutting edge research for many prestigious institutions including the Department of Defense, SEMATECH, and the Semiconductor Research Corporation (SRC). With a wide variety of research labs, anyone can find a place in our lab facilities.

Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering:
GRE (min requirements)

  • Masters: 650Q and 1100 total
  • PhD: 700Q and 1100 total

    MS in Industrial and Systems Engineering:

  • Quantitative: at least 600
  • Verbal: at least 400
  • Analytical: at least 3.5
  • In addition, foreign students whose native language is not English are required to take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) and achieve a score of at least 550 (paper), 213 (computer), or 80 (web). About 10-15% graduate students receive aid on arrival.
