Standby registration is provided during the standby registration period for students who have missed the late deadline for the test or want to change the test date or test center. Students are required to sign in to their online ACT account and pay the standby testing fee along with the regular registration fee.
Standby registration does not guarantee a seat. If you are in standby to change your test center or test date, your previous test date and/or test location will be cancelled immediately and the basic fee you paid earlier will be refunded.
