In general Universities Like NCSU, Duke Chapel Hill have good Placements because of research Triangle around Durham and Raleigh. Therefore these universities have excellent Placements.

Silicon Valley California

Universities of California Like Stanford have Excellent Placements especially for EE and CS students. SJSU has good placements. Oregon State University has Excellent Placements as Oregon State has Large number of Semiconductor companies.

Arizona

Both ASU and U Arizona have good Placements.

Texas

Texas A&M, U Texas Austin, Texas Dallas have good placements. Dallas has large number of Companies in Electronics Telecom and Software. TTU has excellent program in Petroleum Engg.

Others

MIT, Berkeley, UIUC, Purdue and high ranking universities etc. MSU, Iowa State, WPI, U Florida, Lehigh, OSU, Drexel also have good Placements. Harris Semiconductor (an Excellent company) recruits from many universities in Florida. Portland state university located in Portland (Decent place) has good placements. Intel, Mentor Graphics, LSI are major recruiters.
